Who am I?
My name is Joe Dougherty and most recently I was a Baseball Operations Intern with the New York Boulders. Throughout my life baseball has always been an obsession for me, from tee-ball through college it was the one constant that drove me to be better. When it comes to analytics and strategy I am always eager to learn different ways of thinking and in turn bolster my own knowledge. This past year has been a huge first step for me in my goal of one day becoming a GM or President of Baseball Operations. Now with this platform, I aim to connect with fellow professionals who share a passion for the game and strive for excellence in baseball operations.
